Your satisfaction matters. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic items cannot be returned unless faulty. To request a return, contact us with your order number and we will arrange it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days of receiving the returned item.
